Publication of announcements in employment portals, LinkedIn and RRSS, offers in business schools and universities, own database and contacts.
03. Curriculum assessment
Evaluation of CVs with its own tool, which assesses each of the variables of the professional history through a weighted quantitative range.
04. Communication test
Presentation video recording, assessing elements related to communication, body expression, image and personal style.
05. Psychotechnical evaluation
Application of psychotechnical tests with high reliability and scientific validity, technically endorsed by the Official Association of Psychologists.
06. Interview by skills
Interview analysis of attitudes, knowledge and skills, assessing behaviors, levels of leadership, personal values, professional expectations, etc.
07. Report of results
Proposal of 2-3 finalist candidates with a guarantee period depending on the position *(Our Personnel Selection processes are carried out by graduates in Psychology).
